Hair Quality

How long does it take to receive the wig after I place an order?

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. We ship via FedEx or DHL. For order-specific delivery questions, contact mall@sulmy.com.

Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes. All of our wigs are made from 100% premium human hair with no synthetic fibers mixed in.
What's the difference between a full lace wig and a 13x6 lace wig?

Full Lace Wig

What wig density do you offer?

Select 130%, 150% or 180% directly on the product page. 130% offers a lighter, natural look; 150% gives realistic volume; 180% provides a fuller finish. Your selected density is saved with your order. Fixed-specification custom orders retain the specifications stated on their listing.

What cap sizes do you offer?

Choose Small (21.5"), Regular (22.5") or Large (23.5") on the product page. These measurements refer to head circumference. Open the Cap Size guide to measure before ordering. Cap size does not change the displayed price. Fixed-specification custom orders retain their listed cap size.

Where is the hair for your wigs sourced from?
Our hair is sourced from European, it's soft and easily dyeable.
Can I straighten or curl the hair?
Absolutely. You can straighten, curl, and restyle the hair just like your own natural hair.
Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes,it can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend working with an experienced stylist.
Will the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal for any human hair wig. Proper care helps keep the hair soft and tangle-free.
How long will the wig last?
With proper maintenance, our human hair wigs typically last 12-24 months or longer.

Lace & Natural Look

Is the lace truly swiss transparent?
Yes. Our transparent lace is ultra-thin and designed to blend seamlessly with any skin tones.
Are the knots bleached?
Yes, our wigs come with pre-bleached knots and a pre-plucked hairline for a realistic appearance.
Can people tell I'm wearing a wig?
When properly installed, our wigs create a natural look that closely resembles hair growing directly from the scalp.
What makes your wigs different from Amazon wigs?
We use higher-grade human hair, premium lace, and professional construction, and each piece is dyed by our professional stylist.
Do you offer a pre-cut lace service?
We don't offer a pre-cut lace service because many of our customers have reported issues such as less customization, poor fit for different head sizes, and visible lifting. Instead, we recommend having the lace cut at a local hair salon, and we are happy to cover the cost for you :)

Installation & Fit

Can I wear the wig without glue?
Yes, our 13x6 lace wigs are glueless and come with adjustable straps, elastic bands, and super tape for a secure fit.
Are your wigs beginner friendly?
Yes. Our 13x6 lace wigs are designed to be easy to install, even for first-time wig wearers.
How long does installation take?
Most customers can install their wig in approximately 5-15 minutes.
Will the wig fit a small head?
Yes. Adjustable straps allow you to customize the fit for smaller and larger head sizes.
How to install the full lace wig?
You can use wig tape or glue around the perimeter to keep the lace laid flat, especially at the hairline and nape. Combs are sewn into the wig by default (two at the sides and one at the back), but you can remove them if they’re uncomfortable. Adhesives would be the main anchor. For a secured updo at a, mild glue + tape around the hairline is your safest bet to avoid shifting
Why does the weft show on the 13x6 lace wig?
As the lace area measures 13x6 inches, please avoid making the part too deep—it should not exceed 5 inches. Since this is a free-part wig, you can also adjust the direction of the part to help cover the weft. This is not considered a quality issue.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries and regions.
Do you have retail store locations?
Actually, we only have one office, which is located in New York. All orders are sold online and fulfilled from either our warehouse in New York or our factory in China.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive the tracking number via email or sms message as soon as it's shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return window?

Return window: Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery. Please email mall@sulmy.com within this period before sending your return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I return my wig if I don't like it?

The wig doesn't fit me, it's too big.
If the wigs are big for you, please refer to the following information 1) The wig comes with an elastic band at the back. It allows you to tighten or loosen the wig for a more secure fit. 2) There is a velvet wig grip band in the package, you can wear it under the wig to prevent slipping. Alternatively, use the wig cap to add padding and reduce the wig's size.
What is the return policy?

Why do I need to return it to China?
Certain wigs that fall outside our regular collection must be sent back to our China factory. There, our stylists will re-dye and restyle them to ensure they meet our premium standards before being resold.
Do product photos show the actual wig?
Yes. We use real product photography whenever possible to accurately represent the product. However, please note that each wig is handcrafted and dyed with plant-based colorants. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting, screen settings, or individual perception.
Why does the color look a bit darker than it does in the picture?
Because this human hair wig is dyed with natural plant-based colorants, you may notice it lighten slightly after 4-5 washes. To account for this, our stylists intentionally dye the wig a shade darker than shown in the photos for a perfect long-term match.
Why are your wigs more expensive than some competitors?
We focus on premium hair quality, better lace, superior craftsmanship, and long-term durability.
