What wig density do you offer?
Select 130%, 150% or 180% directly on the product page. 130% offers a lighter, natural look; 150% gives realistic volume; 180% provides a fuller finish. Your selected density is saved with your order. Fixed-specification custom orders retain the specifications stated on their listing.
What cap sizes do you offer?

Our hair is sourced from European, it's soft and easily dyeable.

We don't offer a pre-cut lace service because many of our customers have reported issues such as less customization, poor fit for different head sizes, and visible lifting. Instead, we recommend having the lace cut at a local hair salon, and we are happy to cover the cost for you :)

Can I wear the wig without glue?

How long does installation take?

Will the wig fit a small head?

How to install the full lace wig?
You can use wig tape or glue around the perimeter to keep the lace laid flat, especially at the hairline and nape.
Combs are sewn into the wig by default (two at the sides and one at the back), but you can remove them if they’re uncomfortable. Adhesives would be the main anchor. For a secured updo at a, mild glue + tape around the hairline is your safest bet to avoid shifting
Why does the weft show on the 13x6 lace wig?
As the lace area measures 13x6 inches, please avoid making the part too deep—it should not exceed 5 inches. Since this is a free-part wig, you can also adjust the direction of the part to help cover the weft. This is not considered a quality issue.

The wig doesn't fit me, it's too big.
If the wigs are big for you, please refer to the following information 1) The wig comes with an elastic band at the back. It allows you to tighten or loosen the wig for a more secure fit. 2) There is a velvet wig grip band in the package, you can wear it under the wig to prevent slipping. Alternatively, use the wig cap to add padding and reduce the wig's size.

Why do I need to return it to China?
Certain wigs that fall outside our regular collection must be sent back to our China factory. There, our stylists will re-dye and restyle them to ensure they meet our premium standards before being resold.
Do product photos show the actual wig?
Yes. We use real product photography whenever possible to accurately represent the product.
However, please note that each wig is handcrafted and dyed with plant-based colorants. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting, screen settings, or individual perception.
Why does the color look a bit darker than it does in the picture?
Because this human hair wig is dyed with natural plant-based colorants, you may notice it lighten slightly after 4-5 washes. To account for this, our stylists intentionally dye the wig a shade darker than shown in the photos for a perfect long-term match.
Why are your wigs more expensive than some competitors?

1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unused and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Helpful Hint:
1.We recommend shipping packages back using FedEx with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
2.Returned items must be unused with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email: mall@sulmy.com
3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); Applicable return charges are set out in the Refund section below. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.
Refund:
1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within 14 days of delivery.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (mall@sulmy.com). For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.
If you want to change order before ship out, you will be charged for $5; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
After the order is shipped out, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mall@sulmy.com for the Return Info.
