So I got the hair on the day of delivery sometimes early sometimes on the day of BUT when I say it was worth the wait. The hair is very soft and very little to no shedding. I washed the hair and it had been on the wig head for a couple of days to see how it would do. It is pre plucked which is great0 Update: This after I installed the hair and it is still silky soft and it has very little shedding. The knots bleached good, I just didn’t want it to bleach too much so i took it off early, but I might bleach it again a little more. I highly recommend this company.

Y’all this unit is BOMBBB. I mean just look at this. I straightened mines and it came out soo perfect. There’s no smell when opening it out of the bag nd it was so soft. Unit came with a band attached to it. I absolutely love this unit and this company. The seller was super friendly and helpful. Shipping didn’t take too long either (3-5 days). First of all, I ordered this wig on the 26th. It was set to be delivered between May 31st and June 3rd, but it came on the 29th. Mind you this is still during all the Covid-19 stuff, so I'm happy about that. The hair is shiny and soft. The lace is thin and flexible. I ordered transparent lace, but it's more of a light brown (not to be confused with "medium brown" I hate that ). It's not a problem though because you can see in my pictures it will melt easily. There were a few stands that came out when finger combing straight out of the packaging. I haven't installed it, but I'll be back with more pictures. Just off first impressions though I'd say order this hair. The seller was very polite and updated me every step of the way.

What wig density do you offer?
Our wigs come in a luxurious 180% density by default, giving you a full, glamorous look without appearing bulky.
For customers who prefer a more lightweight and natural appearance, we can customize the density to 150% or 130%.
Simply leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order, and our stylists will customize the wig to your preferred density before shipment.
This customization service is completely free.
What cap sizes do you offer?
Our standard cap size is Medium (21-22 inches circumference), which fits most customers comfortably.
We also offer the following custom cap sizes:

We don't offer a pre-cut lace service because many of our customers have reported issues such as less customization, poor fit for different head sizes, and visible lifting. Instead, we recommend having the lace cut at a local hair salon, and we are happy to cover the cost for you :)
Installation & Fit
Can I wear the wig without glue?
Yes, our 13x6 lace wigs are glueless and come with adjustable straps, elastic bands, and super tape for a secure fit.
Are your wigs beginner friendly?
Yes. Our 13x6 lace wigs are designed to be easy to install, even for first-time wig wearers.
How long does installation take?
Most customers can install their wig in approximately 5-15 minutes.
Will the wig fit a small head?
Yes. Adjustable straps allow you to customize the fit for smaller and larger head sizes.
How to install the full lace wig?
You can use wig tape or glue around the perimeter to keep the lace laid flat, especially at the hairline and nape.
Combs are sewn into the wig by default (two at the sides and one at the back), but you can remove them if they’re uncomfortable. Adhesives would be the main anchor. For a secured updo at a, mild glue + tape around the hairline is your safest bet to avoid shifting
Why does the weft show on the 13x6 lace wig?
As the lace area measures 13x6 inches, please avoid making the part too deep—it should not exceed 5 inches. Since this is a free-part wig, you can also adjust the direction of the part to help cover the weft. This is not considered a quality issue.

Actually, we only have one office, which is located in New York. All orders are sold online and fulfilled from either our warehouse in New York or our factory in China.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my wig if I don't like it?
Yes, but please ensure it remains unused and in the original packaging (so it can be resold). Please email us to get the return address first.
The wig doesn't fit me, it's too big.
If the wigs are big for you, please refer to the following information 1) The wig comes with an elastic band at the back. It allows you to tighten or loosen the wig for a more secure fit. 2) There is a velvet wig grip band in the package, you can wear it under the wig to prevent slipping. Alternatively, use the wig cap to add padding and reduce the wig's size.
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, please be sure to contact us first at mall@sulmy.com, and we will provide you with the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned items must be unused and still in their original packaging.
Why do I need to return it to China?
Certain wigs that fall outside our regular collection must be sent back to our China factory. There, our stylists will re-dye and restyle them to ensure they meet our premium standards before being resold.
Do product photos show the actual wig?
Yes. We use real product photography whenever possible to accurately represent the product.
However, please note that each wig is handcrafted and dyed with plant-based colorants. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting, screen settings, or individual perception.
Why does the color look a bit darker than it does in the picture?
Because this human hair wig is dyed with natural plant-based colorants, you may notice it lighten slightly after 4-5 washes. To account for this, our stylists intentionally dye the wig a shade darker than shown in the photos for a perfect long-term match.
Why are your wigs more expensive than some competitors?

Return Policy

All merchandise returns must be unused and still have the original package & gifts attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on Our website. E-Gift Cards never expire!
Helpful Hint:
1.We recommend shipping packages back using FedEx with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
2.Returned items must be used with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. 3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.
Refund:
1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (mall@sulmy.com). For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.
If you want to change order before ship out, you will be charged for $5; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
